Ayurvedic massage potli is prepared with the blend of various theraputic herbs that relieves inflamation, pain, swelling, muscles stiffness and improve blood circulation. It relaxes, rejuvenates and detoxifies the body and removes fatigueness from muscles.
Directions for use: (a)Touch dip the potli in warm oil or (b)Soak the potli in water and warm it in hot plate or microwave for 1 minute or (c)Soak the potli in water for and steam it for 10-15 minutes. Massage with applying gentle pressure by rolling, dragging and pressing the potli on your body for 15-20 minutes. Note: The potli can be airdried and stored in a plastic bag and refrigerated. This can be re-used 3-4 times following this process.
