1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line bottom & sides of an 8-inch pan with aluminium foil. Then lightly oil or spray.
2. Add oats & almonds to a baking sheet then bake for 5 minutes, stir & bake for another 3 to 5 minutes until lightly toasted.
3. Combine butter, honey, brown sugar, vanilla extract, salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally until butter melts & sugar completely dissolves.
4. Pour butter mixture into the bowl with toasted oats & almonds. Cool for about 5 minutes, add cranberries & chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
5. Transfer oat mixture to the pan, use a rubber spatula to firmly press the mixture into the pan.
