OVERVIEW & BENEFITS: Known as “Nilgiri Tailam” in Hindi (Nil means blue, Giri means mountain, Tailam means oil), this oil is extracted from Eucalyptus trees growing abundantly in the magical Nilgiri Mountain range in Southern India. For centuries, this oil has been used as first aid in joint pains and colds by the locals.
